The first visit for the Assessment and Treatment is $30.00 per hour for up to 2 Hours! The comprehensive assessment is only needed for the first visit, and combined with the formulation of the Customized Self-Care Program, on average takes 60 minutes to complete. The first visit normally takes 1.5 to 2.0 hours to complete. Followup visits are $30.00 per hour. Most follow-up visits take 60 minutes and rarely go beyond 90 minutes.
